If a new client has a WEB-PLACE.COM referral card from an existing client the new client will receive a discount from their first bill. This discount applies only if the referral card is returned to THE WEB-PLACE.COM with the first payment.

If an existing client refers a new client the existing client will receive a discount from their service charge if the new client elects Unlimited Service. This discount will apply for each month the referred client and the existing client remains a subscriber. This discount is effective after payment is received from the new client. If the amount of discounts earned exceeds the existing client's monthly service charge, the existing client will be issued a company check for the difference of the total discount amount and the total monthly service charge. If either the existing client or the new client terminates their subscription or Hosting service the discount is discontinued and will not be reinstated if either party re-qualifies. However, subscribers can qualify for discounts by referring new clients.

The billing cycle shall be on or about the 23rd of the month, payable at Net 15. A service charge of $25.00 will be implemented for returned checks. A late payment fee of $5.00 or 18% (whichever is greater), may be applied after the indicated due date on the invoice.

An additional charge shall be placed on the registered owner's account for each occurrence of duplicate logins to the server. The definition is: if more than one occurrence of the same user's name logs into the authentication server at the same time an additional charge will be placed on the registered owners account for each instance.

There will be no initial browser or mail software setup fees or installation fees. Charges may apply for additional installations of internet software, computer hardware or other supporting software.

For limited accounts. An additional hourly charge will be placed on limited accounts that exceed 10 hours per month. There is no maximum limit.
